About The Therapist

Dianna Reid is a qualified BSc Anthropologist & MSc Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Counsellor & Psychotherapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Dianna believes each person holds great purpose & is committed to helping people live out their full potential, enhancing mental wellbeing & helping remove the mental obstacles standing in the way of day-to-day functioning. As well as being a Therapist, Dianna has worked in an array of different areas such as Looked After Service, Youth Justice, Education, Creative Arts & NEET which contributes to her lateral thinking & understanding of different backgrounds & walks of life.

Dianna’s wide range of experience makes her an authentically open thinker, therefore not your “traditional” Psychotherapist! Dianna meets each person where they’re at, taking a holistic view of the person (e.g. considering their race, ethnicity, religion & background) to build an authentic, enjoyable, therapeutic relationship which best supports her clients in the journey of healing from emotional pain.
